On 10 July 2023, SIG acquired a 30% equity interest in SIGP Joint Stock Company “(SIPG”). SIGP is incorporated in Vietnam and its principal activity is Garment Printing.
Discontinued Operation
South Island Packaging (Penang) Sdn Bhd (“SIPP”) Reg. No. 197501001565 (23225-D), the 99.64% owned subsidiary company of Magni had ceased its offset printing packaging business before FYR 30 April 2018.
