We are committed to accountability and transparency in our sustainability performance. This Policy defines the Company’s view on and overall ambitions in the sustainability segment, which serves as a broad framework for the Company. The Company is committed to the principles and values of sustainable development applies to its sustainability policy:
- To observe and comply with all relevant legislation, regulations, and codes of practice.
- To consider sustainability issues and integrate these considerations into our business decisions.
- To promote and ensure that all employees are aware of and are committed to implementing and measuring sustainability activities by considering environmental, social, and governance factors.
- To continuously strive to improve our sustainability performance.
Scope
This Policy is intended to apply to Magni and all its subsidiaries. This Policy may be supplemented by other relevant policies developed at each operating unit to cater to their specific sustainability requirements. However, if there are any inconsistencies between such supplemental policies and this Policy, the latter shall prevail.
Sustainability Position
The Company operates in three main pillars of sustainable development:
- Environment
To considers, identify, manage and minimize the environmental impact of our business operations and environmental factors in all operating decisions. The Company explores feasible opportunities to mitigate any adverse effects from manufacturing processes and waste disposal. The Company measures environmental performance through regular assessments with internal guidelines and procedures and external regulations. - Social
To adopt high ethical values and enforce this through our code of ethics. We are attaining high safety standards and conforming with all procedures to ensure the safety and health of our employees and the communities surrounding our operations. Developing our leaders and team members through learning and growth, career planning, and succession management. Providing equal opportunities and upholding standards based on merit and performance. - Economic
To safeguard, maintain confidentiality, and secure storage of customer intellectual property, proprietary information, and products throughout the development and manufacturing stages. Product quality protection strictly follows customer quality assessment standards and product testing requirements. To embark on value creation, stimulating employees’ vitality to pursue process streaming, product developments and innovations, competitive pricing strategy, and expeditious delivery to meet customer demands.
We employ corporate strategy and internal and external stakeholders’ feedback to define the focus mentioned above.
